Microphone access is requested only when the user chooses to record and send a voice message. The app does not access microphone audio in the background without user action.
Photo or media access is requested only when the user chooses to upload an image from the device. The app does not access your gallery unless you use the upload feature.
We may use services such as OneSignal to deliver push notifications. This may involve the use of device or push subscription identifiers.
We may use analytics or technical tools such as Firebase Analytics to understand app performance, improve user experience, maintain security, and fix issues.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
The app may use third-party services for notifications, analytics, performance monitoring, or other app functionality. These services may process limited technical or device-related information as needed to provide their services.
Users can request deletion of their account directly from the mobile application by navigating to Profile and selecting the Delete Account option.

When an account deletion request is processed, account access may be removed and associated personal data may be deleted or anonymized, except for information that we are required to retain for legal, security, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes.
